FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Photography sessions are scheduled by Appointment Only.

Alyssea Quinn Photography is located in Burlington, North Carolina. I will travel an hour away from Burlington. If you'd like to schedule a session at a special location like the beach or mountains, please ask and we can discuss. 

The NON-REFUNDABLE Session Fee formally books your session and is due prior to your scheduled session. Included in this fee is the session itself, image preparation, and an in-person ordering appointment!

The session fee does not include any digital or physical products. You will make your selections and finalize purchases at the ordering appointment.

If you need to reschedule your session date or Image Reveal and Ordering Appointment, please contact me 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

No worries! Sadly, we cannot control the weather! If the weather is undesirable, we will reschedule your session for the closest next available date that works for each of our schedules. Rescheduling due to weather issues will be decided by the photographer. 

Yes. At Alyssea Quinn Photography, I always look forward to capturing your precious images. While I prefer to reschedule your session, I am aware that sometimes it may be necessary to cancel a session. If a session is cancelled, the original session fee is non-refundable.

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be completed. If your order arrives early, I will contact you to arrange an earlier pick-up appointment. No portion of the order may be received until the entire order is paid in full.

Alyssea Quinn Photography asks that a parent or legal guardian accompanies all minors to their portrait session. The immediate family of the model is welcome to attend the session. One friend may also attend if discussed with the photographer prior to your scheduled session. We also ask that pet parents accompany their pets during the pet portrait session.
